My E-mail which ends in ” OPTONLINE.NET, has been shut down for no apparent reason since

apparent reason, since Friday Nov. 20, 2020. I called the OPTIMUM technical support teams several times and they could not solve the problem. They issued me two Case #'s and said that a higher capability tech support person, would call me within 24 hours. So, twice now...
