I accidentally found out about DressedCLT. My group mate rented a dress there and it was super cute and I fell in love with it. She told me about this website and I decided to rent a dress for my birthday party. I have purchased the dress from them and received it in reasonable time. Quality was nice and I was really happy, because my new dress looked amazing, but then I noticed that there were several small stains on the dress. I washed the dress but could not remove the stains, so I contacted the company and asked for an exchange and they promised to look into it. Then they said that it was my fault and that now I have to pay for the damages I have caused! What a joke!!
