My doorbell is not working

please send me the face plate so I can mount the doorbell to the house replay and i will give my address. Part 2 it the motion detector is on the doorbell will go off line every 3 days for 3 weeks straight is it broken. Yes i bought 2 of them 1 does not stay on line and 1 is missing parts. Please help me
