I had my dog groomed Oct 8 th at 10:00 am. She's a two years old labor doodle. At 3 pm I went to the shop to find out why I have not received a call for pickup. I called many many times with no answer. when I got there they told me my dog was not done. When I complained that it was taking to long for my young dog. They told me she got excited when she heard me and pooped. Which has never ever happen with *** or *** They said it would take more time to clean her up. I also noticed a cut on her head when I picked her up. I had made repeated appointments which I am canceling. My dogs sore is oozing two days later. Now a vet trip. User's recommendation: I would find a groomer you trust!
