She has submitted the forms several times and they keep saying they can't find them, they are the wrong forms, you name it. They have refused to pay her and we are getting sick of it. She told them they were leaving her no other option but to turn them in to the Insurance Commission and they then told her she would have to appeal it and it could take months to resolve. They said if you complain they won't work with you. It is becoming very clear they are crooked and they are stalling when she clearly should be paid. I would tell everyone I know not waste you money on this crooked organization.
