My daughter bought two boxes of dye. Never had a problem with this before. She has severe chemical burn on scalp, face, neck and ears. Very painful. She has blisters that are draining.

She has called customer service and was told nothing they can do. She was told they were only going to send her a a check for $6. She has been to ER twice. Dr said it was definitely the dye that caused it. And going a long recovery and painful too! I think you should pay for her medical bills. If not then she will seek legal advice.
