my skype credit was down to gbp 1.80 and so I went via paypal to make a payment of gbp 10.00 on the 13th of january 2016. i received a confirmation from payal and it is also showing on my paypal january statement and I also had an e.mail from skype saying gbp 10.00 had been delivered, but up until today's date, nothing is actually showing on my account! i have tried to constantly to contact skype via their site to absolutely no avail!!! i am now totally frustrated with this situation!!! please can you help or advise me? thanking you in advance for your kind co-operation with this matter. best regards lesley reed
