My credit card order

I have travel plans to make for the Brown's home opener Sept 19th. i spent 321.00 w/your company &;; still no ticket to show for my order 3months ago! Then your site tells me that, my ticket is not a priority until the Day before or day of the game. Having to travel from Florida to attend this game, i find your terms unacceptable! I need my ticket or where to go to get it. Im 64 w/stage 3 lymphoma &amp; this game is a end of life bucket list event for me! Please my ticket! Or a refund!
