My cooker hob is not working properly. Only 2 out of 4 jobs are working

I bought this cooker brand new 1 year 6 months ago with a 3 year warranty. My 2 jobs flint doesn't work and when I use a lighter to light it, it doesn't stay on. I need this problem fixed please User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend because of bad customer service and not reliable in your warranty terms and conditions.
