My Complaints didn’t resolve it

I have complained against the Call center, they charge me extra amount and mistake of the Call Center The Call Center gave me wrong informations by saying I am eligible for the service The Call Center didnt inform me that there is any charges will apply User's recommendation: do not deal with Noor Bank UAE.
