My complaint for the order “PLRU-[protected]”

Good day! My partners have sent me a parcel from Poland to Russia 09/07/2020. This parcel has not been delivered yet. Order tracking service in your website shows the status of my parcel - "Exception". So I cannot understand this status, any explanations of this status cannot be found in your site. The status "Exception" lasts from 22/07/2020 till this moment. My attempts to get a help with filling of the website form were unsuccessful and resulted in standard answers without specific information. I believe this situation is not normal and outrageous. The delivery time exceeds my expectations. So I want to get your explanations and the full information when I recieve my parcel from you. Also I want to know how to change the shipping company for my parcel. Best regards, Alexander Lukyanenko
