Update by user Jul 31, 2019 I am sure this company backs it products in quality and quick to take care of there customers I sent customer service e mail I will see hod they respond Original review posted by user Jul 31, 2019 I bought a coach June 2019 I did not know I had to assemble if I knew would have just bought from a furniture store. The pillows after 30 days looks like it years old. I was going to return it first day after assembly but gave it a try now the backs are not stable and moving the pillows don’t hold up. So I want to return it called your customer service one number today rang and then goes to a cant connect sound and I redialed 25 times today called amazon they gave me another number left message. How do I return a assembled coach back to you? I don’t have the boxes it would need a van to send it back. Please help returning this defective product back to you.
