My clipper lose battery fast

I won my Clippers through a contest at work an the Clippers will not hold a charge through a whole haircut. I'm very disappointed in this. I don't have access to the receipt to get them fixed also. To expensive to have these kinda thing happen. User's recommendation: Well need a back up pair.
