My Child Was Mistreated On A Grad Trip And No One Informed Me Of Anything. There was a case of a lost wallet. My Son turned in the missing items to the lost and found area and got in trouble for it. There was no proper investigation. Ive talked to the Orlando Police Department and the Detective that's over the case and my son shouldn't have gotten such punishment as not being able to go back to Universal Parks or Resorts. My family already purchased tickets to go back to Universal the ending of this month. What am I to do With Non Refundable tickets? I really need to talk to someone ASAP!!! Really Upset about this situation
