My card was charged without authorisations, and I have not been a member since 2018

Hello, my Visa card was charged on June 14 without any authorization, and notification. I have not been a member, and have not been receiving any emails or information since 2018. Please, urgently, look into this illegal charge, and issue the refund. I will have contacted the bank to block the card otherwise, and take a legal action. Thank you. Olga.
