I realized that my card got billed today after i deactivated my account and I have not used the Shaw services for a long time. I need a refund because i stopped using the services and I deactivated my card. Why is my card being billed? This is really frustrating. I need a refund because the supposed amount is a budgeted money for some important. I would like the admin to do something about this please
