It was not disclosed that the broker would not get paid until after we had had our mortgage for 6 months (How is this my problem?). We re-financed through our bank two months later (went from a 15 yr to a 30 yr) and received some very nasty emails from our CCM broker. It was VERY unprofessional. User's recommendation: Cross Country Mortgage works for select lenders, not all of them. You will not get the best deal or treatment from them.
