My bill is outrageously too high, my last bill was over 200$ less and id like to get it fixed.

I have my statements showing my billing cycle and proof of payment, and my bill went from around 80$ to well over 250$. this is ridiculous and i havent missed a payment so im not sure why they came out of left field with this price when i havent changed electric use in home.
