9/28/20 I am trying to pay my cellphone bill which is due 9/29/20 and the My Altice link is not working. I have tried get into my account all day, the error message says invalid email or password. There's nothing wrong with my email or password. I have messaged your agents and the don't know how to fix the problem. I go through this every month when it's time to pay my bill. Next you will send me a text message through some spammy 833 number telling me you're going to disconnect my service for non payment! How can I pay the bill if the My Altice site is down?
