My account needs setting up

I have been waiting to set up an account for over 3 weeks. I keep getting emails to confirm my mobile number. Yet nothing goes forward with the app. No response to my emails reaching out to monese. Very poor service. Bad, thumbs down. User's recommendation: I will never recommend anyone.
