My account is locked and I want to get in it on my treadmill

I touched the screen and brought it to the screen that says to login so I proceeded to login in and it kept saying wrong password and I knew it was right because that is what I used to login the first time . I did retry 2 more times and then it said my account is locked. Can you help? This is my fist time using my new machine and I am so happy to be able to get started. Thank you Stacia
