my account has been blocked, i’ve sent 2 emails and called twice asking for an unblock with no reply

Good day, I called Charmaine yesterday as to why my account is blocked although I've paid the balance and in .03c surplus. During 2018+2019 I've been unemployed for 10 months to which their should be notes on the system and I've could only manage a R100 payment as I didn't get a monthly salary. I have communicated this to Edgars and I'm not sure why the account has been blocked. Also no Edgars employee communicated the account would be blocked and I would have to reapply for a new account. I've been a customer for 15 years as you can see so I will not be applying for a new account. Let me know due to my circumstances and having communicated being unemployed to Edgars my account will be unblocked please?
