Music to loud

Update by user Jul 31, 2018 I'm not comfortable being called a "pissed customer." Your approach to this is poor judgement. Can't deal with loud music. Really, it's time to stop shopping at your stores Original review posted by user Jul 30, 2018 I have shopped at Raleys for years and I have complained about the music for years. It is to loud. The Raleys on Freeport in Sacramento recently told me they are building a new store and the sound system will be improved. This has been going on for years. Customers be damned. The music is what the staff wants, especially 40 something men managers. Target has a policy not to force customers to listen to music at all, and I appreciate that. If they could expand their merchandise I would give them all my business. I don't believe music improves the shopping experience. People have busy lives at it is just more noise. I also don't buy believe people buy more when you play music. If they are like me they are anxious to get out of the store leave the store more stressed and resentful that you are forcing your noise on me.
