multiples failed deliveries

Hi team, I am writing to complaint about the multiple failed deliveries and despite calling the customer service to give explicit instructions and authority to leave the parcel without signature and to call if the team was unable to assess premises, the delivery was still not made. There were no calls or sms given prior to the delivery despite calls made to the customer service to give explicit instruction to call or sms if unable to access premises. I had given the authority to leave the parcel in the riser. I'm very disappointed with the quality of skynet's services. I have had multiple online purchases and deliveries made without failure. There have not been any failed deliveries or failed access to the premises. This is my worst experience and I expected more from a well known courier company.
