Multiple rude employees in Hollywood studios

We were ignored by a cast member. When I got her to stop she said if I want help I will have to walk with her. And walked off. Another cast member was rude and when told he should be guest oriented and asked his name he wouldnt reveal his name tag.rough day and a lot of wasted money at Hollywood studios
