multiple mobile connections in my iqama number

My name is Mohammead Dalowar Hossain and my iqama number is-[protected]. I have taken only one number in my iqama, that is [protected]. But now it's showing 4 numbers in my ID. I would like to cancel all other 3 numbers other than I mentioned above. All those numbers have been taken without my knowledge by misusing my Iqama Number. Kindly do it at the earliest.
