They require a safety inspection and that I be home for this even though the appliance that the gas services is outside. I have arranged to be off of work twice and twice they have not show up. Never can I speak to a supervisor. Never can I speak to the local office. Never can anyone call a tech right away to confirm anything. This is a joke. Can't believe this company believes they have good customer services User's recommendation: Convert to Natural Gas!
