Multiple Issues Upon Taking Occupancy

Sink and Shower to guest bathroom drain extremely slowly. Called and completed a work order online within 72 hours of occupancy - told this is a non-essential issue and so not a priority. Maintenance tech to be out in 6 weeks. Still waiting for a tech to service. Microwave door broke upon first use within 72 hours of occupancy opened door - screws feel out and door broke. Told this is a non-essential issue and a maintenance tech will be out in 6 weeks. Still waiting for a tech to service. Both sinks in master bath drip constantly - told this is a non-essential issue and a maintenance tech will be out in 6 weeks. Still waiting for a tech to service. Air conditioning not blowing cool air into one of the bedrooms. AC repair person out and informed us that there are multiple (counted at least 10) black widows on the wall near the AC unit. Requested pest control service through Invitation Homes and told pest control is responsibility of renter regardless of length of occupancy. Work order in for AC repair - still waiting. 1 window screen is torn, a second is bend and does not fully close. Non-essential issue - still waiting to be repaired. Refrigerator stopped working at week 3. Took several days to get a repair person out. Initially told they would have to send someone out to take a second look.- finally fixed. Went 7 days without use of refrigerator. Backyard had piles and piles of dog *** upon taking occupancy. Backyard left in dirty condition. Website down often and unable to log in to see progress of work orders. These issues (and other minor issues) all identified within 72 hours to 3 weeks of taking occupancy. Poor customer service. Tanya the maintenance phone person was defensive and unprofessional. User's recommendation: Beware - I will steer all friends, family and colleagues away from Invitation Homes. sure to report all issues upon taking occupancy.
