Borrower can not pay off the mortgage in time because they will not give the information needed in a timely matter before one maybe late on the payment. They will charge you $25 to EMAIL the payoff information to you. Total unnecessary fees! I feel that want to collect late fees on a borrower. They send a loan statement but no final payoff statement.
