I’m very disappointed by Movado watches. I was very happy with design. After one year, (about 16 months) – time keeping is correct, however the minute arm was skipping 4 seconds. (it looked funny, however the time keeping was okay.) Few months later, finally I bought in for service and they told me it should be battery issue. 3 weeks later, I got the letter from service center. It’s about $400 to fix the movement. I was very much disappointed by Movado’s explanation that I should have come in for service yearly. Now I’m looking for new watches – NO MOVADO…..NO….
