Mouse dropping in food

Mouse dropping found in spaghetti and meatballs bowl. Purchased 12 bowl variety pack 1 week ago. Seven bowls uneaten, very unsettling, knowing that 3 other bowls have been eaten before finding a mouse dropping in one out of the two bowl that I was fixing for my 4- year-old, special needs son and I.
