From day one, they took my payment and not only did NOT deliver water to me, THEY REFUSED TO COME!! I live in Williamsburg in a nice secure building with a doorman who would hold the door for them as they enter. What was the issue? Sheer incompetence! Mike, the distribution Manager at the Bronx location is as unprofessional and incompetent as the “Con Men” that work for this company! AVOID AVOID AVOID the Con!!
