i bought a motor bike engine after they had it in there warehouse i payed for e-express post about 5 weeks ago after 2 weeks they still had not sent it so i mailed many time for 2 days to see why then they sent me a email saying the seller damaged it and tell me the seller will pay for new part that is damaged after about a week they tell me the seller can not get part then they say it was there warehouse that did damage to the engine they then tell me if i can fine one and buy it they will refund my money and send it with the engine when the part got to there warehouse they dont refund me they have still not refunded the money or sent the engine then i told them that i will talk to paypal thay tell me it 1st time happen they dont know what to do in the end they tell me thay will pay post buy dhl for free to me and ask is that ok so i say ok they sent to day but i have not been refund to paypal the post cost i payed in the 1st place the cost was $266.16 International shipping:$16.72 Service fee:$1.31 Customs Fee:$13.54 Insurance FeeHandling fee: 3.5% + $0.300i also tald them i dont want to talk by email any more if they want to tak to me must be with pay palpal but they keep email me when i open the paypal dispute they 1st block me from log in so i open more paypal case as i have more stuff in there warehouse i asked them to unblock me so i can pay the post on the stuff in there warehouse they then unblock me but put my account at more than -$1000 usd so i cant pay post i have lost my customer and a sale becos it take to long but just to clean it up and they ofer free dhl post i say ok but now they say they just pay the difference for e-express to dhl it look to me to be all lies i open a case i will and no have to open more for the stuff that i have payed for as they wont let me pay post for in there warehouse
