Most of the vendors on Mileage plus shopping do not bother to EVER send over your purchase information meaning that 8 weeks later when you let United Mileage shopping know of your missing miles they now ask for a confirmation email with all the information from the vendor, if you saved that in your email, if you did not, it is up to you to call the onlilne store you shopped at and ask them to please send you a new email of your transaction so you can prove to United shopping that you really shopped there! It has become such a waste of time and they expect the consumer to do ALL the leg work these days. A year ago they used to check on it themselves and let you know when it was confirmed now they expect you to do everything yourself in order to get the miles. I do not know of another shopping site where the consumer has to do all the work and they do not keep track of purchases. Pretty much a joke at this point.
