Dear sir, This is Sudheer from India , I mistakenly deleted my MP4 video , immediately I installed easy us software and tried to recovery, they did not even provided sample recovery . after scanning for recovery , its shown my video files , I thought it will definitely recovery my deleted video files and purchased the one month product @ rs 6930 , I got licence immediately and activated . My reference number 22045****, invoice no AKD-736********But If I try to recovery its not yet worked , even 1 byte also not recovered , I sent mail to them and requested to refund immediately . No proper response from them . They cheated me. They sent a mail we cant refund. How will they keep policies by selling not working product. Please help me to get refund. User's recommendation: dont buy.
