Most Irresponsible and callous service ever

Hi , I have been trying to reach your customer support desk-USA but have been unable to. I do not get any reply to my mails/queries, just the automated mails. My outgoing flight was cancelled by the airline and was to be fully refunded. I was told on 18th July that the refund has been initiated and would take about a week. But I still have not received it.The airline confirmed that they processed it on the 20th . Then why have I not received it yet? There is no way to know the status.There is no response and the phone numbers do not work. Akankshya booking id- 10410****
