My X1 had a suspension knock every time i went over a speed hump. The sunroof blind also needed to be changed. Took it in to local bmw dealership in pmburg and if you knew what these people have put me through you will never buy a bmw. From January till end August now my car has been there about twice every month. They dont have a clue as to what they doing on my suspension and to add insult to injury they have damaged my sunroof. On one occasion my car broke down on the freeway the day after i fetched it from them. They left me stranded on the freeway with my wife after promising help was on its way. And to top it all up their management has been a disaster of note. Rude disrespectful and uncaring of the situation they had created. They had made promises to sort my situation out but instead resort to cheap rude altercations when approached to fulfill their promises.
