Most frustrating experience in my life

I purchased a Beauty Rest Elite King sized mattress from Sleep Country. On 1 side there is an over 3 inch dip in the mattress making it hard for my husband to sleep on. We have turned the mattress and have it on a bed with multiple wooden ribs. When contacting their customer service, March 22, a file was started and they kept asking me to upload photos for them to see and follow specific instructions. I have uploaded over 12 photos and have spoken to them about the frustrations, as they respond by asking for another photo. I have received different instructions from different customer service people, and feel that they are just stalling, and are exhausting me. I will not ever be purchasing another mattress from them, as the return policy sounded good, but actually trying to do it, is ridiculous. GO ELSEWHERE.
