I spent $40,000 on a boat that came with a 10 year hull warranty. My boat was less then 2 years old got *** in it, my insurance sayed to take it to the builder a marine engineer surveyed the boat and determined it was a manfucture defect. The builder then told the engineer and insure he did not want word to get out about this and Cesar The owner would take care of it I then recieve a bill and emaiul that he will not warranty his work. I'm not the only one and if you are spending money on a boat ready the warranty close and look into the builder close. Just cause it is a good looking boat does not mean it is built good. The owner says he is going to use materials but come to find the material he uses are not the same.
