We were contacted by Mortgage Xchange Bank, more specifically Brian Watkins to give us a loan on a home we were interested in purchasing. We spoke with the company several times and they guaranteed us to close on time, they even advertise a special that if they don't close your loan on time they will reimburse you $750 for missing the deadline, they missed the deadline countless time and our realtor got them extension after extension. They never got us to close, we paid about $2200 out of pocket for earnest money, inspection and appraisal and never got to close, we lost our earnest money and the money that we paid for appraisal and inspection all because they could not get to close, the loan representative Peter Savino was the loan guy that we were passed off to after Brian's job was complete and he was a very shady guy, loosing documents and not representing us to the underwriter in any way, he doesn't know what he is doing and as a result he cost us $2200, we just don't want this to happen to anyone else, don't do business with them at ANY cost!
