Account: [protected] 12 November 2019, my loan was paid in full. There was a credit of $271 in my ESCROW account. By law and company policy, they have 20 business days to send the refund. I counted the 20 business days which is 10 December. 27 November they sent a check for the refund. They voided the check and recalled the check. At no time did they ever contact me despite having 3 contact methods for me!! Called again on 12, 16, and 17 December. All I get is the run around that the check is in the mail! No proof the check was sent, don't care attitude of employees, rude and argumentative, and cannot give straight information! Without proof, BOK has no proof that it was sent. These people do not care about breaking the law, treating customers poorly, lying to customers, and they have no customer service standards!
