I received a letter in the mail stating i was approved for a mortgage refinance. Spoke to Hilton Morris JR a "mortgage consultant" who stated I was good to go and send in all my bank transactions, W2, pay stubs and everything you would typically need. I would ask him a question and he would reply with " ILL GET BACK WITH YOU". Never have! Mr. Morris lied to me on several occasions and never returned my phone calls. In customer service a simple call back would be appropriated. He was very nice up front but once he noticed a little work was involved he refused to communicate back with you. GO WITH A BIG BANK like CHASE, Quicken Loans ( who i went with) ect. They will be honest and up front. Do what you want but I will be the honest one here ( RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND HILTON MORRIS JR.
