they fulfilled 0 of their contracted obligations then sold us. have we no recourse?? perhaps a class-action suit? does anyone have any contact info for these people?? it has been months with no contact from anyone at their site & after several attempts to contact someone who could help me, including email, mail, in-person visits, I get the phone number of the new owners. Then I am told all they can do for me is service the account, they don't have my money to refund. huh??!!?? I am perplexed--how can they buy the clients yet not be able to fully service them, including dealing with disappointed clients. I should have realized how shady they were from the contract. There is no identifying or contact info anywhere.
