Ok, i called the 805 number, which has no # for LastPass, so i selected 1, got the nicest polite lady, from Guatemala, who said they had a phone group that could assist, and deal with my lockout, (i am a paid, Premium User) when she transferred me, i got an immediate sorry we are closed, call back during business hours. Hard to do, as that info is not available. i love the software, but service sucks!!!
