I am working in hnm dcc . As per our contract we need tio work only 8 hrs but here every day we are working like 11 to 12 hours and they are not paying for it and even we didnot get extra offf. We are people we become sick sometimes and if we are asking that i am not well they didnot understand and make to much drama . In this store work pressure is too much but no motivation and appreciate. Even we can do or no but we need to do any how . It’s totally not fare.
