Mophie Juice Pack not working

My unit, S/N TR134754****-BK, will not charge my devices. I've tried an iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 7. When I charge the Juice Pack, using the supplied cord, three lights are solid and the fourth is blinking. After 30 seconds or so, the lights go out until the button is pressed again and then three lights are lit and the fourth is blinking. After a while, all four lights are solid. When I plug in the iPhone (using several different cords), the phone initially indicates it is charging but the percentage charge drops as if it's not plugged in. Ten minutes later, the phone indicates that it is no longer charging and no lights appear when I turn the charger on. Then I start charging the Juice Pack and it's back to three solid lights and one blinking. Is there a fix, a reset, or something, to return the Juice Pack to productive use? User's recommendation: Mophie customer support is not strong enough to justify a future purchase from them.
