Months of calls – no resolution on an online return

I returned 2 items in one box (a pair of too big shoes, and the wrong size shipped bracelet) Tracking confirmed delivery. I immediately received a return credit for one item only. Saks did an investigation and said they never received my other, very expensive item. After months of calls, emails, and general poor customer service, they deny the refund. This is a shady, unorganized company. Do NOT do business with them online, ever. User's recommendation: Do NOT order online.
