Unfortunately I didn't realize that there would be a monthly fee instead of one time fee when help is needed. $67 dollar fee. Fortunate that I caught it and canceled membership immediately. They just dupe people into signing up not knowing your going to be charged each month. BEWARE!!!! User's recommendation: Steer clear of 6Ya they have nothing to offer in way of help.Only trying to get as many on membership of recurring charges. They did absolutely nothing.
