We had booked our tour a couple of months ago, paid in full and received confirmation of the tour and hotel pick up and drop off. We had our voucher with the details about starting time for the tour which was 8am with the hotel pick ups starting from 7.30am. I called the company the day before to make sure we still had the correct details for this and was told pick up would be 7.10am. That was fine we made our way to the hotel pick up point at 7.05 so not to be late and was still waiting at 8am. We rang the comapny again amd asked if the tour was still happening. They apologised and said a driver would pick us up in 5-6mins. We finally got picked up at 8.15 and got dropped off to the bus that was waiting for us. When we arrived she said she had pick up for us at a different hotel even though i rang and checked the day before. So if we hadnt have called they would have left without us. At the same time we got dropped off another couple also got dropped off, they had a similar issue as us. We then had to wait anothet 15 minutes for another couple that were still arriving by the pick up. It was 40 minutes past the time the tour was suppose to leave. We ended up getting off the bus and leaving the tour because we had also had a bad experience with the same company 2 days prior when doing a day trip to bosnia and herzegovina. 3 other people also decided to get off the bus and not do the tour. We have done many tours and this was by far the worst. The first day was bad enough but we thought it might have just been a bad day but the second time was even worse. There were many people on both days that were very unhappy with the operator. It was very disappointing and a complete waste of time and money.
