You've been warned. TeeFury used to be a great company, but they are no longer a trustworthy party and will string along unwary customers into endless delays and excuses. I have a closet full of TeeFury shirts that I bought years ago. I love them. Recently I bought three shirts, one was their daily special and two others were regular designs. The first shirt arrived much later than expected and the remaining two were not included in the shipment despite the online status showing them as having been completed. The order went in on May 4, 2018. It's currently August 4th and the remaining two shirts have not been shipped. I asked for a refund. No response. I followed up about my refund request. No response. After my most recent request they are now saying that, "You will receive a response in up to 4 weeks as we are currently experiencing a very high volume of tickets received." FOUR WEEKS TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE. I'll let you re-read that. FOUR WEEKS TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE from Tee Fury about wanting a refund due to unreasonable delay. TeeFury has gone down hill since their early days. They are not a trustworthy source to order shirts from anymore. During my original requests about the delayed first shipment the CS rep advised that they have a database programming error that orders with multiple shirts will show ALL items as complete if only a single item is complete. That's completely unacceptable for a major company like Tee Fury. That's a massive programming error that likely effects the majority of their orders and customers. DO NOT order from this company. I'm at the point now where I'm likely going to have to call VISA and have them reverse the billing since the vendor won't do so. I suspect their high volume of tickets is due to unhappy customers not getting their orders.
